Natasha Odikadze
Natasha Odikadze brings a unique combination of skills to Dance Fever Studio. As a former competitive gymnast on the USSR national team, Natasha offers a wealth of experience in fitness and dance to Newton’s Dance Fever Studio.
Natasha’s career began in gymnastics. Training at the University of Sports Academia, she was a competitor on the USSR’s championship rhythmic gymnastics team. When she met her husband-to-be, Michael, at a symposium for sports and performing arts, the match took them on a journey together not only in their lives, but in their careers. Together they trained in ballroom dance, forming a truly successful partnership.
At Dance Fever Studio, Natasha works students of all ages, from young children to adults. She teaches not only dance and technique, but also stretching and conditioning — an essential component of every dancer’s training. Perhaps even more than the physical skills she helps cultivate, however, Natasha strives to be a positive force in her students’ lives. Especially with children, she hopes to inspire and positively influence students’ behavioral and social skills. She truly sees ballroom dance and fitness as a force to improve people’s lives and spirits.
