Our Teachers

Mariam Izmaylova

Mariam Izmaylova is a two-time Amateur Standard U.S. National Champion with her partner, Ronen Zinshtein. Originally from Russia, Mariam has traveled all over the world to perform and compete.

Having been based in New York City for several years, Mariam joined the Dance Fever Studio coaching staff in 2010. She continues to compete while teaching International Standard at Dance Fever in Newton, coaching couples of all levels. Being a competitor as well as a teacher allows Mariam to bring the most current knowledge of the ballroom world to her teaching. She is passionate about coaching and strives to help her students realize their full skill and range as dancers.
